All around excellent experience staying at Hotel Intergate. Rooms were clean and large (comparatively to other Japanese cities). Had an amenity bar at reception for you to take required supplies. Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel conveniently located to subway/bus lines and walkable to restaurant and shopping areas. Area was quiet at night. Always felt safe in the area. Hotel was kind enough to hold our bags after checkout for a few hours.

We loved our hotel and all the amenities that came with our stay. We booked the breakfast to be included with our room and it was 100% worth it. The hotel also offers a free cocktail hour and a free miso soup late night meal that was delicious. Perfectly placed so we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay. Excellent staff, the lounge is bright and lovely. Has laundry on site. All using it were experienced travellers that knew to set the alarms on their phone for time. Never had to wait past the time in the machine. Excellent location. Would stay again.

Clean hotel. There were things provided to eat and drink throughout the day - appreciated. Happy hour was good. Place to lounge in the dining area until 10 pm - fantastic. Didn’t like breakfast on the first day- over crowded and chaotic. Non English speaking staff could not communicate what they wanted us to do and gave confusing directions and then chased us around the dining room telling us where we could not sit. The free drinks at the hotel were not really a VIP perk as everyone gets them between 5-7 pm. Also no room upgrade- we were told none available as they were full.

This was an excellent hotel for a stay in Hiroshima. Location is excellent, convenient to both the station and the Peace Park and tourist activities. Room was a good size, though the bathroom being part of the room (with sliding door) was not ideal when sharing a twin. Also needed mirrors in main room. We loved the free happy hour drinks! And lots of free toiletries, and free coffee.

Great little 3-star property in a great location with some nice perks such as free snack with tea and coffee and amenities as required throughout the day. Great buffet breakfast on the top floor with views of Hiroshima in all directions.
