The staff was very friendly at check-in. They use machine for check-in so that helped with the language barrier. The bed was extremely hard. We did not eat the breakfast because we didn't recognize the majority of the food. The location is great to the train station.

We requested if we can check Kim if the room is ready but they refused to allow us until exact time. The check in time was 4:00 pm where most hotels is 3:00 pm and allow early check in if room is ready

Clean and basic room and hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It was within walking distance to the station with our rolling suitcases. Good Japanese style breakfast.
