Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. I have stayed in this hotel twice now and will be coming back again in the future. For the price and quality it would be very hard to find a hotel in Hồ Chí Minh City that can match it.

The staff working there were very friendly and helpful. They are always there if you need anything. The rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a long stay of 1-2 weeks, it’s perfect. I would recommend this place to stay. Thank you.

They should fix air conditioning, it ran but the room was still hot. And the design of showing is so weird, the owner should check it. This is the first time i see it, can’t take a shower when u hang it on the hold… could be it’s ur style 😀😀😀.

The bedding is excellent, but the hotel needs to upgrade the basic amenities offered to guests, such as hand towels and hand soap. I'm really surprised they did not provide those.

Staff were friendly, but I would recommend going for a cheaper hotel as this one had the most uncomfortable beds and no natural light in the room. The walls were also so thin that we could hear anyone who was walking around the hotel, not to mention the fact that staff were shouting and laughing at about 12pm one night, making it impossible to sleep.

Kind and helpful staff, great location, rooms may need a little dated, but that is ok. Only complaint is the shower inside the tub was not what we are used to do needed to play around with it (ie: not enough hot water for multiple people to shower back to back, hard to control water pressure and temperature.)

Overall experience was great, room was clean and the staff were all helpful. Only concern with our room was that the air-conditioning wasn't properly working too well and the shower head was partially clogged
