Buyer beware of Bich Duyen

I paid for 2 nights but when I arrived the owner said that the hotel no longer exist Why did Hotel.com allow them to be on the list???? After 14 hours flights, exhausted I was pissed. No more Bich Duyen hotel Beware people

Lovely hotel close to pack backer street. Staff very nice and accommodating. Hotel is really well maintained and very clean. Great value for money and highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely be back

Great little hotel

Great little hotel in centre of Ho Chi Min. Set back in an alleyway but Very close to backpackers street so noisy at night. Staff couldn't do enough to help - they booked trips for us, arranged an airport transfer and did our laundry which was returned the same day. Breakfast was fabulous - good choice cooked in front of us and unlimited tea /coffee. The only downside for me was there is no lift (we were on 4th floor) which was a pain for carrying luggage up and down, and you had to take your shoes off and leave downstairs. Stairs are tiled and I slipped carrying a heavy suitcase.

We stayed at Bich Duyen Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. All the hotel staffs were warm and welcoming, especially Thao and Jan (?spelling). Breakfast every morning was really great prepared by the lady chef. We were assigned room at the 4th floor and there’s no lift so we had to use the stairs which was a good work out :). What’s unique was that shoes had to be removed and left at a shoe stand located at the hotel concierge area. Thankful for a great service, we had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Area is in the nitty gritty of central HJM City where you get a real taste of big city Vietnam. Within 30 mins walking distance of many of the main tourist sites. Very pleasant stay.

空港バス109の終点から徒歩数分の距離。 メインの通りではなく、細い路地から入るので要注意。 マップをよく確認してください。 窓無しの安い部屋に宿泊しましたが、クーラーもよく効き、WiFiも申し分なく強かったので問題無いです！ 夜、廊下を歩いたり階段を上り下りする音が少し響いてうるさかったかなと思いましたが、よほど気になる方以外は気にするほどではないと思います。 賑やかなバーが並ぶ通りも近かったので、ナイトライフ満喫するのもいいかと思います。 近くにサークルKやミニストップもありました。 値段の割には良かったと思います

This was my first trip as a solo traveller to Ho Chi Minh. It was such a comfort to be taken care by the hotel caretakers, particularly Thao who was accomodating and kind. Although I was away from home, I felt safe in the hotel. It was also quiet though it was located near the street of bars and clubs. Nestled in the centre of the city itself, you can walk easily to a lot of tourism places like Ben Thanh market, the Notre Dame of Ho Chi Minh, etc. Other places like the Vincom mall, Independent Place and Norodom Palace were also about a 20 minutes walk away. Just a word of precaution, it's better to take Grab than any taxis for travellers. Either than that, Bich Duyen hotel is clean and offer the amenities you need to have a good night rest. Good job to Thao and the team, they also offer exchange to Dong if you need for your foreign currency. Super convenient. And there's an ATM machine for you to use your credit card to cash out some money just behind the hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is in the middle of the busy backpackers/young travelers area, a bit scary first, but all stuff were so helpful and efficient, the room was very clean, minimum but all we needed were there in very well organized manner. Breakfast was prepared in front of us, very fresh baguette, egg dish as you like or more options, fruits and coffee. They gave us perfect advise when we needed to go to hospital. Very smart and efficient stuffs. Very high cost performance! Highly recommended.
