Maybe I was unlucky but I had a room with noisy AC that was ticking all night, near the elevator, with a phone that didnt work and some damaged furniture. The staff was really kind and friendly, but the guy at the reception didnt seem to understand or care when I told him about this so they can check on the problems

Good location. This hotel is convenient to many District 1 sites, The War Museum, Independence Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral Saigon, Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre, The City Hall and walking street. Breakfast room and cafe for drinks in lobby. Lobby is quite decorative.

Bath tub was slippery and not enough bottled water to drink- small bottles used up quickly Otherwise a very good hotel in a great location I couldn’t get a bottle of water later at night- agent said I had to wait till next day- maybe just a language issue, but water should have been easy to get- I’m thinking I didn’t ask the right question- but it was late and no extra water was provided
