There is a mouse was trapped in the clue trap and still alive. I hope Expedia has an option to upload the attachments so I can share the videos. They exchanged my room but I literally can’t even sleep that night. Receptionist dresses unprofessional. They are wearing sock with sleeper. I’ve asked for support to get a taxi to airport. Driver told me the price was high because he had to share with a doorman due to his requests. I just let it go because my flight was late. This hotel is horrible. I will file a complaining with Expedia against Hotel California Saigon Hotel & Rooftop.

Hotel is old and didn’t renovated. Carpet and room’s old building smell bother me for whole time I stayed there. Dry Sauna, you have to pay for it. Breakfast was ok. Location of hotel is nice.

The room we stayed was smelled of smoking, the carpet was not clean, the cups were so dirty, the receptionists weren't helpful, the breakfast wasn't in a good preparation. The only thing my husband and I were so happy about was the restaurant on the 1St floor, the food were so delicious, the staffs were very polite

Breakfast was limited, and extremely boring small selection. Not enough options of soft drinks, bread was old. Main options for food was very limited. Bedroom was outdated. It had window with absolutely no view at all, and was pointing towards external walls, so no daylight what so ever. Swimming pool was adequate and comfortable. Couldn't be bothered to complain at the time as I thought I would be staying few nights in Nha Trang. Location was excellent. Only one plug to charge things. Last day, toilet paper was not refilled. Staff were very polite and helpful.

California Hotel was very central to the market& restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast could have been better with some varieties of cereal which they didn't have at all.
