Comfortable stay but with bad experience of theft.
Overall Stay was good. Hotel was clean. But we had very bad experience. Our two newly purchased dresses were stolen from the room. I have been travelling for last 24 years but never came across such incident. Even I stayed in Rex Hotel 3 times before and had comfortable stay without any problem. This was not expected in 5 Star Hotel.

Rex Hotel has been operation for probably more 5 decades. it's very impressive that Rex has not only well-maintain the hotel but also renovate to the relevant today. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really love the breakfast with variety selections and every day is another choice of hot food (pho, bun bo hue, bun thang, etc...). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stays. We would recommend to friends and family which we already did. Now every of our friends and family plan to stay when they visit TPHCM (formerly Saigon).
