Room was small and filled with cigarette smell. Staff did not apologize first hand, yet send someone to confirm instead. When asked to borrow an iron, instead of bringing to the room, they asked us to go and get it ourselves. Disappointed for the price paid.

The hotel setting is like a modern apartment and I love the room is clean and comfortable accommodations. The facility is also equipped with an area for laundry/ gym and a multifunction room where you can work, or study. The minus thing is that the food quality at the lounge. I ordered Pho one time and the soup broth is very bland; food is cold. Also the staff need to help customers with their luggages. They have 4 ppl working at the concierge but they don't bother help me bring up the luggages or bring them out to the cab. The location is a bit farther from the center; and not so many food options around.

A Saigon Favorite for me !!
Felix and Phuong are the best and friendliest people that you will ever meet !! Everyone here is great and they will help you with anything that they can !! The breakfast bar is good but I wish they would work on the quality of the western food a little, But they do make delicious eggs !!
