A fantastic find tucked just a few yards up a side street at Brooke St Pier. You could not want a better location with airport shuttle, great places to eat and tour departures just seconds walk away.
Salamanca market hardly 2 mins walk and a short-cut up some steps at the top of the street into the town CBD.
Very comfy, well equipped and clean rooms/studios and nice friendly staff on the desk.

Room was unexpectedly spacious and it was clean. Although the room had a decent kitchenette corner, unfortunately the hotplate was completely useless, otherwise we could have done a bit of leisure cooking rather than having to dine out every night. Location was perfect, but the property was a bit old and needed refurbishment. Front desk service was just so so.
Room was very outdated, mould on shower glass and in drains. Needs a good clean and update of decor. We got a good deal price wise but would have been very upset if we had paid full fee for what it was.
The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We were able to check in early which was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the only thing was the shower over the bath was not easy with people with sore knees and a broken wrist. Great place to stay though
Great location for Mona ferry and Salamanca market and arts centre. Staff are very helpful. Apartments are a bit old, fridge is a bit noisy and no window that opens. But good value for money.
The location is unbeatable. Short walk to Constitution Dock, Salamanca Place, Sullivan’s Cove and Battery Point, as well as shopping district and lots of cafes/restaurants. Nice surprise that there were free laundry facilities in the hotel. Very limited hotel parking so book ahead, but even the paid spaces are extremely hard to get into. Thought it was strange that even though checkout was 10am, they were ringing our room and mobile and knocking on our door from about 9.45 asking when we were checking out. Other than that, had a great stay.

Convenient
It was a great place to stay and very convenient and close to everything. Could walk everywhere and would stay again. The Hotel was a bit noisy which was across the road.
Great location with walking distance to most of the city. Great dining nearby. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Big rooms with comfortable furnishings.
The room was spacious and clean, comfortable and had all the amenities to make it feel like home for a couple of nights.
Parking was an extra $20 per night it was secure and still less than parking overnight in Hobart Council parking.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the proximity to both Hobart City centre and Salamanca Market was great!
An excellent location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice location, the best part! Hotel needs a refurb, internet is average, sometimes drops out, and the beds are functional. A good refurb and some training on staff that don't act like robots and read the riot act when you ask for a late check up would be vast improvements.

Said this in other reviews, needs new decor, but has washing facilities and fridge etc so that's handy. As a multiple room, multiple rebooking guest over 10 days spending lots of money, I have been frustrated having to check out at 10am, drag my luggage downstairs to reception, then come back at 2pm to recheck in as they never seem to be able to coordinate cleaners to maybe sort out a seamless check-in. If that could have been done better I would have been much happier but it just seemed like the "rules are rules" were more important than trying to keep the guest comfortable and less hassle. Ah well.
