Not a lot of lighting in the room. One lamp between bed, light bulb not really bright. No lighting over or by desk. TV channels very limited and one channel only works part of time.

We booked this hotel because of the chair lift in the pool, my daughter couldn't get in the pool, no one knew how to operate the machine. We had to plunge our toilet several times, really?

My room had a bad odor, I had booked for 2 nights morning 1 took a shower and no hot water and morning 2 I ended up checking out at 3am because the people in the room next to me kept slamming their door so couldn't sleep I told this to the front desk when I checked out at 3 in the morning and not 1 word was said not even I'm sorry

While this is an older property, it is very well maintained! The staff was excellent! They were all cheerful and very helpful! The breakfast bar was quite good and was out early! They have coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff at this facility is its biggest asset. Front staff was desk amazing! Andrea helped us with an issue in our room. The breakfast staff greeted us when we entered and checked on us. Breakfast was good. Reasonably priced but The furnishings are on their last legs. Needs updating.
