This hotel is easy to get to from the airport you get the A11 bus and it drops you off at the Macau Ferry you can walk with your luggage but I got a taxi much easier. I had a room on the 32nd Floor the bed was very hard so the hotel offers a Topper to make it more comfortable. If you call reception they are very quick to respond. The shower was very small. Large room and good location you can get the tram which is just across the road and there's also a 7-Eleven to the left of the hotel as you come out. There is a great restaurant the New Five Dragon directly opposite the hotel. The food is delicious and good value for money. I ate there three times. I tried a different dish each time. The bus back to the airport is close a 5-minute walk. The room was relatively quiet but the location is very busy and bustling.

Overall, a good bang for your buck property. The ibis is a no-frills hotel. It is a basic room with a bed, desk and washroom. It is especially good for solo travelers who don’t want to break the bank. The rooms are smaller, but decent size for Hong Kong. The bed, like many have mentioned is very firm so if you do not like firm beds, you will probably need to ask for a topper. The washroom is where I had the most to complain about. The cleanliness of the sink area, the bathroom floor, and the shower were not the best. Additionally, the shower is extremely tight even for me who is quite thin. The draining in the shower takes very long and can also be a problem as others have mentioned. Otherwise, you get what you pay for and it is a good bang for your buck as it is usually one of the cheaper places to stay near Central in Hong Kong. Stop for friendly enough and speak English for the most part. Starbucks and an English style restaurant are conveniently right outside the ground floor. Good place to stay if on a budget in Hong Kong.

The property claimed harbour view, but in actual fact there was a sliver of a view if you looked between buildings. The room was satisfactory. Many other hotels in the area offer similar price with much more comfortable beds. The property was clean and the location is very convenient for transportation.

The air conditioner works excelent. I didn’t like that I ask for help printing 3 poeces of papers and the wanted $30 usa dollars for each. I found a place for less that 30 cents. The cleaning service was okay, she replaced the towels daily and swept.

This is an excellent basic hotel but that is reflected in the price. Very good location for the trams and walkable for the average person. MTR is also within walking distance but trams are very regular. Got a bus straight from the airport after buying an Octopus card. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the bread used for toast at breakfast. Need to change the bakery. Was able to organise a takeaway breakfast as we had a very early airport run. Would go back no problem.
