At this high price point you'd expect the coffer maker to work and the AC control range to be settable to conmfortable level. (was too cold so unit had to be switched on and off periodically). I left a not about the coffee make which was removed without action.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, with hidden details thoughtfully touched. It beautifully incorporates local culture with books and decorations to inspire one who stays. The attentive staff enhance the experience nicely. The Envoy restaurant offers great variety and quality, making it a fantastic value.
