Upgraded to executive floor but nothing special other than higher floor & a slightly bigger room. Short 10min taxi ride from HK station, airport express train & hotel is walking distance to MTR Wanchai Station. Some noise from rooms inside hotel probably thin wall/insulation. At times, noise at night coming from back streets, probably because of quite a few pubs/bars in the area.

Excellent hotel, close to MTR Stations and the Concention Center. There are many eateries around. I stayed here for 7 nights. It was very pleasant. The rooms have blackout curtains, so I was able to sleep in if I wanted to. Only downside was that the pool was being worked on, so it wasn't available. Gym was nice. Overall great experience!

Nice places. Disappointed that the pool was unavailable due to upgrade as we chose a hotel based on having a pool. I understand upgrades are needed, but maybe could have notified at booking stage.

A caveat for my comments is that I have never stayed in a hotel in Hong Kong before, and have little to compare with. That said, the staff is excellent, courteous and responsive. The room and bed were comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no outlets in the bathroom and the hair dryer cord was not long enough to reach the plus outside of the bathroom door in order for me to use the mirror while drying my hair. The other issue is that there is only a mirror in the bathroom over the sink, and you cannot see yourself full length. If those are not your concerns, this hotel is great, in an area full of eating options (Seventh Son , on premises, was food for dim sum), and close to the MTR
