Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the walls in the shower. We also arrived before the bar AND restaurant was supposedly closed but apparently the kitchen closed right when we sat down. Traveling with 3 kids so not ideal.

Ladies at the front desk were very kind, my plane landed earlier than what was expected. They gave me the option to get earlier room or store my bags until my check in time in which i stored my bags. They directed me to cost efficient transportation which was the bus in my case in which i used to pay 3 dollars to travel to Wakiki beach and do some early touring and shopping. After coming back i was given key to my room in which it was very clean and had a good sleep for the Honolulu Marathon

It was a very nice and convenient place to stay, it’s right next to the airport, very nice staff. Pool closes very early and the room we stayed in was nice but you can hear traffic and planes all night long.
