From the ratings on Expedia I thought it would be a great experience but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for us. You arrive and it’s a beautiful lobby and great location. But then we go up to our floor and the halls smell like mold. There were no towels in the bedroom. The next morning there were contractors working outside and woke us up. The staff was great and took care of us. We did enjoy the restaurants. We just didn’t get the nice experience

9-night vacay
Our first time in Hawaii and this hotel had the most convenient location. The beach was literally across the street. All staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We already are making plans to return in the summer with our 2 kids and have booked this hotel again.

I didn’t like the pool area. Beautiful area but literally not enough chairs. If you aren’t out by the pool by 8:30 when they open, you will not get a chair. I also didn’t like the rust at the bottom of our toilet. It made it always look like it hadn’t been flushed. We had steak left from dinner the night before, headed down to the lobby to heat it up only to find out there’s a $10 dollar fee to use the microwave. They bring a microwave to your room. The fee is not a $10 dollar flat fee but a daily $10 dollar fee. If you like being charged for every little thing this is the place for you.

Stayed here with my husband for a week recently. We stayed in the diamond head suite and the views were beautiful! The resort itself is very clean and in prime location. The only negative is their breakfast. We purchased breakfast buffet ahead of time for our stay and were disappointed in food variety for the price—I don’t recommend getting their breakfast. After 2 days, we ended up going out for breakfast despite having paid for our whole week.

Beautiful 5 star property! The pool & outdoor area was amazing, with a view of the beach. The room & the partial ocean view was just as stated & excellent. Hotel staff, especially the front desk personnel were so friendly & dedicated to ensuring the guests have a fantastic stay. The location was also perfect for the Waikiki area!

Well located modern Waikiki oasis
We were in an Oceanfront room on the 11th floor. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. The bathroom was a bit tight, but certainly manageable. We spent a week at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the pool for reading, beverages and sunsets. Glorious sunset right over the pool each night! Servers at the pool were very friendly, efficient.
