Chose this hotel because it wasn’t on Waikiki. It’s walkable to all the historic buildings in downtown Honalulu. Rooms are somewhat dated, pillows are not comfortable, bathroom on reception level (which is in the basement) was not working. Staff were very helpful. It was adequate for a one night stay over to catch a flight.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was an apartment with wonderful dining, food nearby and we were able to walk to the Iolani Palace for a tour. A wonderful experience all around.

Magnificent views of downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, the very colorful and active harbor. Easy walking distance to lots of great tourist destinations and restaurants and bars. Love it, but for the bed which was a queen-size with a soft mattress. If befs improve, then a perfect stay.

area around the outside is becoming more unsafe. lots of homeless on drugs walking by yelling. You are always on alert of being quickly attacked.. The common areas are becoming run down a bit and need attention

Pretty good hotel for business travel
This hotel is not located in the best neighborhood; you can't walk around at night, which is probably the only downside. The room rate is low: it does not charge a resort fee, and it does not charge a destination fee, hotel parking is only $34. Parking is very convenient: if you call in advance, they will assign a stall for you. It is easy to get in and out. Location is great for a business travel. Budget and finance and the legislature building are within 2 blocks. You can walk to Chinatown in a few minutes. Marugame udon is right downstairs. Room has some ages, but it is spacious, with a small kitchen included. It is about 2x size of a typically waikiki hotel. AC is a bit noise, but it doesn't bother me. Elevator is super fast, considering it has 40 floors. As mentioned, when I walk downstairs at night, I realized it is not the best neighborhood, so this hotel is probably not good for a tourist.

This property is fantastic. The front dedk is very helpful and accomodating. I stay here all the time and there is also a jacuzzi tub.

Location convenient to cruise port. Staff are very nice and informative. Hotel needs updated and there are permanent residents with dogs that are noisy. Area is sketchy with homeless & lots of closed stores
