we arrived around 6:00 pm with a full day of flights prior. We needed food of substance. Within walking distance is an iHop. Clean and friendly service. Breakfast in the morning was very full and very busy. Lots of lines to wait in. No shuttles or transportation to the Cruise Port. Ordered an Uber for pickup outside this hotel, Highly recommend.

Towels stink, they smell like dirty feet. There were wads of black hair in the shower and on the shower curtain, not sure the tub and shower were cleaned following the previous guests. There were crumbs on the carpeting. I didn't follow up with the front desk as we were only there for 1 night, and were exhausted from a very long day of travelling. But the room didn't feel clean.

Over priced
This is an overpriced mediocre building. They dont have a restaurant and cant even provide free coffee. They have a Cafe that opens at 5 am and went to get a hot tea that cost a ridiculous amount for basically a tea bag. The free breakfast that opened at 7 was a completely chaotic. Although it was a decent size room they ran out of seating and food was barely warm when we got ours. A regular 4 slice toaster for the hoards of people seemed a bit ridiculous. Either a commercial toaster or at least 2 of the regular ones would have been more appropriate. But even after paying too much for a room, they state that it would be another ridiculous amount to have a car there for the night. The windows were filthy also. And we were placed in a two story building with no elevator so had to haul our luggage all up stairs. Do not recommend this place at all.

We stayed at the separate building of the Best Western so this review is based on staying there. It was just a two story building behind and it faces an alley. At 3am we were awoken by a loud garbage truck or something and disturbed again around 7am by some loud trucks. Would not recommend staying at the back building.

Upon our check in, we were assigned a room that opened to the outdoors, I was not comfortable with that approached. The front desk was helpful in changing our rooms, but with a charge. Our assigned room was clean and comfortable. However, the first night I thought an airliner was coming off the runway into our room. It was so noisy. My husband thought it was motorcycles. I get it. The hotel was probably hear before the freeway.

The hotel is very convenient in that it's located right next to the airport. Complimentary breakfast was good and there are other eating options in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the bathroom. It was dated with a rusted drain cover, visible mold/mildew in the grout, and dust in the corner next to the bath tub.
