This hotel had over 8 stars when i booked it. There is no way this is an 8 star hotel. The rooms were incredibly small and cramped. The bathroom felt the same size as an RV bathroom. The windows are old metal windows that definitely need to be replaced and updated. We were in the 37th floor and the windows opened about 4”. The windows had screws in the frame not stopping the window from opening any more. I had you g children with me and it felt concerning to have open windows at that height especially when the room was so small and the bed was only inches from the window. The pool deck was good and had a lot of things to do and the breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is an a great location and is in walking distance to all off the Wakikki shops and restaurants. We managed to park every day but some days there was only 1 remaining space so be prepared to park elsewhere. The breakfast is great and there is plenty of choices. The rooms are okay, a bit on the small side and could be a bit cleaner.

I liked this hotel a lot. The best part was the staff. They are very professional and courteous, super friendly and helpful. The property is clean, well-lit, safe and secure, and conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is walkable and there is public transportation just steps away. The beach and many shops are nearby. It had great amenities- gym, pool, hot tub, free breakfast with various, enjoyable options. I loved that you could only access elevator floors if you had a room key - meaning that you are a paying guest and not just anyone off the street. Overall, it was a great experience and very affordable! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is a nice and clean hotel located in a safe place and very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The free breakfast was great with different local Hawaiian foods added to the menu selections each day. Excellent customer service as well-- Mali was exceptional during our stay visiting our son who is stationed here in the USAF. An added bonus was the Friday fireworks show on the beach we enjoyed from our ocean view room!

Not a family vacation hotel but more so business orientated. Bright light emits from the AC in the bedroom illuminating the room at night. Frosted glass on bathroom barn door also means room is illuminated when someone is in bathroom.
