The hotel and staff were great! All in all it was a wonderful stay!!! No complaints about the resort itself. The rooms could use some updating or paint job but nothing major. The only complaint I do have is the parking. Why $55 a night when I’m a guest?! Other than that, amazing!

The property was fantastic. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, there was a big screen TV in the room. It would have been perfect except that the parking was really not cool. My advice to this hotel is to inquire with the guests upon booking whether or not they will have a rent-a-car. Then they should reserve that many spaces in their parking structure for the guests. They already charge too much for parking. The least they can do is provide a parking spot that can be counted on.

It was beautiful! I loved this location as it was a 2 minute walk from the beach. Our room door was a little loud and giving us trouble, but it was overall a good stay.

Overall, this property was a great place to stay. The only complaint that I would have would be that the room online that I booked said it had a separate bedroom and bottled water. We never got either one so inquire about this if it is a deal breaker. It wasn't one for us and our view was amazing, so I didn't say anything. All of the employees were really nice and helpful, especially our housekeeper. I wish I could remember her name because she was great. The only one that wasn't very friendly and actually was really rude was a front desk staff, which again, I didn't catch her name. I waited in line for a long time to check out, once she realized I was there I walked up to turn in my keys, and she decided to tell me to wait and take a man that had just showed up. The other front desk staff ushered me ahead and apologized for the other staff. It was just really rude and wish I could remember her name. Other than that woman all the other staffing were really pleasant to talk too. We will return again.
