The staff was great! Very friendly and very helpful. The location was good, right in the middle of everything and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The room was ok. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, no counter space, and the shower was TINY. I really don't think it could accommodate a plus size person and the water pressure was terrible.

We really loved and enjoyed our stay, especially since all the rooms were all new. The International Market and plenty other walking distance shops, restaurants, drinking spots and especially Waikiki beach being very close. Thank you to all the staff as to checking in to our room being sociable and nice and to our housekeeper Amy on our floor was great. Until our next visit again, Mahalo

I enjoyed a 4-night stay at this property. The location of the hotel was very convenient and just a short walk to the beach, plenty of shopping including the International Marketplace, and many other dining dining options. Staff were very helpful and courteous, and the property was very clean. My room was ready early when I arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are well appointed but lack an in-room microwave. The a/c wasn't working effectively and the size of the shower wasn't as depicted in the stock photos, very tiny. The rate for parking wasnt adjusted for the military rate because of third party booking. Always a catch is typical Oahu. No breakfast and the elevators wait times were lengthy. All in all a decent stay, but we'd choose another hotel with more amenities for the value over this one in the future.

Jessica at check in was polite and professional. Tracy at front desk provided excellent customer service and her service of over 30 . years is unmatched. Construction in front of hotel was a bit noisy but the suite made up for it. Bathroom was really tight with no counter space and shower faucet was not user friendly. I would definitely stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise again..

Was disappointed when we had reserved a king bed and they only had queen and they said it was an upgrade to a suite with a queen. Would rather have had a king bed, but they did not have any, even though that was available when reserving. We made due. The sinks in the bathrooms are terrible. Too little. Couldn’t place anything on counter because there was none and water got everywhere when you used the faucet.
