Polynesian Residences is low key classy & prestigious hotel! Small but everything modern - the room is clean and it has everything you need including a cute kitchen on the side - bathroom's toilet bowl has bidet which is the best part, new towels every day, too! - hotel staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, courteous and helpful - as soon as you enter the hotel you can already see and smell sanitation, neatness and orderly - the pool is clean blue, and water has perfect temperature - it's quiet and not crowded, the surrounding green furnitures and plants is very refreshing and even the guests are pleasant! The location of the hotel is perfect! Close to shops, dining and Hard Rock Cafe! We are coming back and surely Polynesian Residences is highly recommended! I give this hotel 5-star!!!

Easy to find. Walkable distance to some restaurants and shops. Parking was close but would have loved to have parking at the lot but most places don’t have parking, so gotta make do. Clean rooms and decent size rooms. Faced the public street so we heard car horns and people screaming and being loud at night so that sucked but not this places fault. Nice pool.

We loved that we could walk to several places, including restaurants and shops. The pool was great as well. However, the lack of parking is a big issue. We had to park far away, and there’s no designated pick-up or drop-off area, making it challenging to carry all your luggage from where the Uber drops you off. The staff was kind enough to let us borrow their caddy to load our luggage and bring it to the pick-up area on our last day.

Great stay. Convient location. Our first room was a little noisy but Honoreen at the front desk was very kind and helpful and fixed it for us. The hotel is older but maintained well. It is priced according. I would stay again.

Only stay here if you like MOLD. Our whole bathroom was filled with mold from the sink, walls, and the shower head. Absolutely disgusting. Parking is not a guarantee, it’s basically first come first serve due to limited spots. We had to pay over $50 in parking fees per day for a different parking lot THEN we got a parking spot from the hotel AND still paid $35 a day for parking. Rip off. I only gave them two stars for the use of beach chairs and pool access- which I don’t feel like this is worth the $20 “resort fee”. Do not recommend

Check in was easy, Staff were friendly however building needs some maintenance done, loose boards around pool, drawers in our room didn’t close, on arrival the rubbish bin in our room had not been emptied, it had a mouldy coconut in it and tins of fish and absolutely reeked. (This was not from guests departing the day we arrived I would think). The microwave needed wiped out. If the hotel provided a tea towel and dish wash liquid I’m sure guests would wipe and clean things they have used.

Convenient location. Feels like upscale hotel. Bit expensive at nearly 200 but very pleasant. No decaf coffee no tea. No breakfast. At the high price i would expect that. Free dryer and 1.75 washer a plus. Nice staff at all levels. Everything appears new and staff are flexible on requests. Recommended.
