The majority of our experience was good. I don’t like that we were put on such a low floor with no regards for our concern about it. At the end of our stay I went to the bell desk/valet counter to pick up my car and the girl was very rude and told me to go give it to the guys while I had a bunch of suitcases, instead of taking my valet ticket so that I could check out at the front desk. The valet guys were very helpful and kind.
