Ariel made things right for our 2 night stay. Restaurant service, staff and food was beyond our expectations. The wagyu burger, skirt steak and ahi tataki were amazing. Great location and adequate amenities. I would definitely recommend this to other adults only Hotel seekers. They even had Komos tequila which is one of the smoothest Cristalino Anejo tequilas on the market. We will definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is closer to everything and anywhere you need to go, the hotel is clean and staff at the reception are supportive, friendly , welcoming and always smiling,The staff helping out with breakfast is amazing, excellent hospitality and customer service,I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back again.

The unsafe item is not due to the hotel, it's due to an obstruction on sidewalk near fire hydrant that is a tripping hazard. The city needs to address as soon as possible.

The rooms were very nice and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and vibrant. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs in our room and after bringing it up with the front desk and following up a couple days later, they claimed an inspector said there weren't any in our room. That simply isn't possible, because after killing the bed bug in our room, we took a picture of it and brought the bed bug to the front desk for them to see. Based on their reaction to the news, this isn't the first time they have had this complaint. Not a fan of how they are denying bed bugs being on the premises. They were nice enough to locate us to another room, although the new room wasn't cleaned properly.

My overall experience was very enjoyable. Great location, walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. My only setback back was the unexpected resort fees.

Adults only but not up to our expectations. Tried the pool bar twice. 1st trip the bar was empty and I felt like I was bothering the server. 2nd trip with my wife the bar was closed on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm. Didn’t feel like an adults only bar. We then attempted to get service at the inside bar. One server was busy on their cell phone. The second server was in front of us three times and never acknowledged us. I shared this experience with hotel staff and received a response quickly apologizing. Seamed like a template apology. Rooms were updated and non bar service was fine. Pool deck was in the middle of a courtyard with no view besides condos and hotels. Location is close to the international market. Check out the Twin Fin Hotel. Sister property with a better location, pool deck and service.
