£11 overnight parking. Checked in to room, hairs all over bathroom floor, and on bed. Stains down the front of the toilet. Managed to change room in the end, staff were nice about it. Wouldn’t stay here again though unfortunately

Very clean hotel and shuttle services to the airport NOT free- £4, but I stayed a couple hours at this hotel before catching my 9hr flight back home, very nice staff! I had a late check in @ 2am from a red eye coming to London from Ibiza and I was able to check in with no issues there is a 24 hour front desk service

Very easy location to stay when flying in/out of Gatwick. Using the Hoppa Shuttle is great to get to and from the Airport to the hotel. Property a/c was an issue on a very hot day. Staff was great in moving me. Restaurant/bar on premise is perfect as you can’t walk to anything. Understaffed. People there work hard.

Loved the Hoppa bus, but it didn't take you directly to the gate. There should be taxis' available. The AC was on and off, and the water was not hot enough
