The hotel looks brand new and is very clean. I arrived at 1:30 AM and asked the front desk if I could check out at 12 PM instead of 11 AM. The friendly staff extended my checkout time to 12:30 PM.

They really need to improve the parking lot—it's too tight, and nearly every other car is parked outside the lines.

The only negative about the stay was getting there. It is slightly off the beaten path. The GIS helped, but it was still tricky getting back on ooour route home to 14S. The breakfast was great-yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, a few donut holes, juice was great! Pineapple, apply and orange. Nice selection of various teas, including a chamomile tea for the evening. They even had packets of honey for the tea. Very nice and accommodating. Plenty of fresh towels for our use. Water was hot. Just a very nice visit and rest.

The hotel was super clean and the rooms were large. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. There is a Texas Roadhouse nearby which was also great!

There was an issue during check-in regarding communication between hotels.com and Best Western. It was pretty frustrating but was resolved quickly and appropriately. The hotel was beautiful. Super clean, nice pool, safe, lots of parking on site, and a good breakfast was included. We'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel is fairly new and pretty modern. It is very clean and very comfortable. Mattress is on the firm side (which I like) and pillows are great. The hotel was very quiet. Easy to get to from interstate. Lots of restaurants close by. Free breakfast was just ok (5/10) and typical free hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs, cooked sausage along with breads, cereals and fruit. My only 2 complaints are minor but surprising considering how nice the hotel is. First complaint was the provided soap. 2 tiny bars and 1 tiny tube of liquid soap. Second complaint was the plastic ware provided for breakfast. It was the cheapest most flimsy plastic ware I’ve ever seen. Just seemed like they were trying to save a few cents on these things. So, bring your own soap and silverware.
