Curtains in room were filthy. Pillows had an odor. Blow dryer did not work. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty giod.

Run down
I stayed in this Hotel when it first opened. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel now looks run down and feels dirty. My room was dirty. One bed was clean but the other bed had several pieces of hair on the pillow. The bed looked like it had been slept in and had hair and other particles in the sheets. One of the bathroom lights cover was broken and the halogen light above the sink was flickering. The tub made a horrible screeching sound when on. And the heat was hard to regulate. The person at the front desk did apologize and change the bedding on the bed that looked dirty. Breakfast in the morning was completely out by 7am. The same front desk person was starting to heat up more but it took longer than we had to wait. Overall, I wont choose to stay here again. It went from an amazing experience 10 years ago to a bad one.

The staff, the few we saw, were very friendly and helpful. The room was missing its smoke detector, and the bathroom sink had no stopper. We were there for six nights, and because we left the room by mid-morning, our room was never serviced, leaving us with no toilet paper, and with wet towels.

The staff was amazing. This is an older property in need of a remodel, however, in Hot Springs pickings are slim. They have a nice hot breakfast. Hotel clean but beds old and uncomfortable.

This property did not look anything like the pictures online. It was dirty and unkept. Nothing was open and nothing worked properly in the rooms.

Room door knob only let you in if you lift the handle. Once you get the door to open, it dragged on the floor and took a linebacker to drop his shoulder and push it open. Once in the room it was freezing, A/C was set to 60* and window was open (it was 10* outside during our stay). The breakfast area was dirty and the availability was scare. There were no cups, the juice machine was just straight water, the milk was frozen, there was no coffee available in the thermos. This was all an hour after the breakfast hours had started.
