"Bei 6 Grad Aussentemperatur keine Heizung ( Elektroofen wurde bereitgestellt), das Frühstück war miserabel, zum Tee am Abend (viel zu stark) wurde kein Wasser zur Verdünnung bereitgestellt, die Zugangstüren wurden vom Personal nicht geschlossen, sodass man in der Lobby ständiger Zugluft ausgesetzt war. Das Personal war völlig überfordert"
