lack of attention to detail
The room itself was comfortable and clean. The common areas , hallway, stair well, elevator area appeared not to have been cleaned the day of arrival or the day I left. The breakfast caretaker was a joke. There was weak watered down OJ, No Coffee on 3 pumps, no plates, no butter, no scramble eggs, bread was hard before toasting. Had to ask for each item. Not pleased, doubt if I would stay there again.

What a mess!
When we checked in one of our sons had to use the restroom badly. The clerk said the restrooms on the main floor were out of order. He offered no other alternative and took his time getting us checked in. Luckily our son made to the room in time. The next morning, we went to get breakfast, only to find the main hallway covered in water. The staff had laid down sheets and pillow cases to try to absorb the water, which did little to no good. We had to walk across standing water to get to the dining area and then back to our room. The fitness area also had standing water in it. Honestly, the breakfast wasn't worth the trouble. There was very little coffee available with breakfast, at the time we went, which was 35 minutes after breakfast began. They had no butter and nothing but pure sugar for the coffee. As I am diabetic, this meant that I could get coffee at all. In the room I noticed that the door trim was stained a rusty brown color on one side. I don't know what made the stain but it was very obvious and it looked like no attempt was made to clean it. The bathroom door was separating at the bottom. It looked as though the last 8-10 inches was peeling away from the frame of the door. The room was in very poor condition and although we didn't pay a lot for this room, I feel this was not worth the money and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not one to leave bad reviews on a regular basis but this was a special situation. We will not stay here again.

Do not stay here! Had a 4 night stay for an event in the area. When first arrived, my suite had multiple issues.. TV didn’t work, pull out sofa bed had dirty linens and socks left in it. After requesting several times to be transferred into a different room, we finally were. The new suite also had issues.. the toilet wouldn’t flush. The attendant had no resolution, no extra rooms available and told us to use the bathroom down the hall in our original room!!! That’s unacceptable! My husband, who is handy, ended up fixing the toilet.. now it’s 12:30 am. I complained to front desk in morning and they had no response, didn’t care, gave us a card to call manager. When we called “the manager” it went straight to the front desk!! Seems like “the manager” was never on site. Our last night was a nightmare. 2:30 am, my husband who was sleeping on the pullout sofa got woken up with bugs crawling in his mouth. He put the lights on and the room was infested with termites and larvae. We called the front desk and Kim came up right away and was in such disbelief and totally apologetic . We took pictures and videos, packed our things and she “found” us another room. After multiple threats with this place, we finally got a refund. We tried to leave this place after first night but because of the large event in the area there were no available rooms. Upon speaking to the new attendant at the front desk the next day, he informed us that they have had these issues and a bug fumigation was done la

The lobby smelled awful, and was flooded when we checked out. We had to swap rooms due to the first rooms’ bed being broken. Room floors needed to be vacuumed. Gym and both lobby restrooms were out of order for the entire stay. We had to ask for extra towels each day to each have 1 towel to use. It was a great price, but now I realize it was cheaper because it was considerably less nice than other hotels in the area.

This hotel needs a lot of work! It is pretty run down. The staff was friendly and helpful but you can see they lack the resources. When I requested towels I was informed that there was not enough towels and I can only get one even though I turned in and needed 3. The Shower barely had water trickling out for shower head. The 2nd floor hallway looks like it hadn’t been vacuum in months. Cleanliness is definitely an issue here. Every time I left my room my key would deactivate and I would have constantly go up and down to get the key activated. The Hotel is in a great location plenty of stores and restaurants around. They just need to put a few dollars into it for improvements
