Staff was horrible and we were sold a wheelchair accessible room. It was not wheelchair accessible room and they refused to help us or get us a refund. They also require valet parking and charge over $50. The hotel staff was so unfriendly and uncaring. Their basic sentiment was deal with the room you got or go find a new hotel. If you need a wheelchair accessible room, DO NOT go here as you will not be accommodated.

PARKING
The hotel is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent. The valet parking attendants are respectful, kind and are timely in their service. The cost of parking is OUTRAGEOUS! As there is no parking around the hotel, and there is no self-parking on site: it is as if the hotel takes advantage of its guest. They hold their guest as captives, when it comes to parking.
