Very noisy

The room is very noisy. Couldn't sleep at all for two nights. Ask to change the room but was told that no room was available. Won't stay again

Good location - okay hotel

The location was good but I had ongoing issues with my room. First the shower head was broken and bathroom electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall. Then my TV kept automatically turning on in the middle of the night. I also had to ask for housekeeping service (which I wasn’t told I needed to ahead of time so wasn’t aware I wasn’t getting service until end of day). Also my room was next to the elevator so it was very loud and I needed to wear earplugs. The plus is the metro stop is across the street and there’s a free coffee machine in the lobby. But I wouldn’t stay here again.
