I have never stayed in a room that claimed to be upscale and was so dirty the next day I asked the front desk to send a housekeeper upstairs. She said they could do a light over because there was no housekeeper. I said no the room does not need a light over. It is extremely dusty and I don’t know. When was the last time it was cleaned it needs to be Usted, the toilet was running constantly also .

Hotel is brilliant, as are the staff. More needs to be done about the vagrants though. Was waiting for my car from valet and was aggressive accosted by a group of them. Watched it happen to three other people aswell. Would probably recommend having security posted on the main door.

Club Quarters was fantastic! Nancy, the front desk receptionist was the best—super helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I’ll definitely be back!
