We noticed broken glass in the parking lot of the property (both in the front and the back) which made me feel that my vehicle could have been broken into while staying overnight and parked while watching the Houston Texans game.

Great experience and great location!
Loved it!! I’m receiving chemo from a hospital right down the road and it was very relaxing and clean. The room was nice and spacious, not to mention very clean. I will definitely be using this location for all my future appointments, the location is great I was 6 mins from ST Luke’s and for the people using MD Anderson it is about the same amount of distance. I would recommend this location to anyone receiving treatment from any of the cancer hospitals in the medical center.

Avoid this hotel unless you like backaches
The man at the front desk had a threatening attitude about if we left our vehicle during the football game he would have us towed. I’m not too sure how he would know it was us seeing how they do not ask for license plate numbers. Front desk man was not friendly. The beds are the worst hotel beds we have slept in. Parking is terrible and if you have a pickup good luck to you. We will pay twice as much next time but will not return to this property.

Very friendly staff. Checkin/checkout great. Air quality in room was very poor and musty. I was just diagnosed with lung cancer and going to MD Anderson so I'm glad I only stayed one night. Our tub faucet ran non stop. Put a white washcloth down and it turned completely brown...gross!!

The desk manager was super nice, even calling when he needed our email to send the receipt. The room seemed recently remodeled. We were concerned about the safety if our car, but we had no problems!
