Nightmare surprise
If you want to be in a place where you are shocked, hurt, and given the runaround, i would suggest this place. Notable exception were the valets who did fine work.

Rooms need serious updating (bathroom in particular). This does not appear to be a 4 star hotel at all, it looks like a 3 star. Called guest services 5 times and did not get attended to. The man working in the restaurant had poor customer service skills, he was very unfriendly and rude.

Parking lot underground was convenient but difficult to park. Key card also helps on going in and out of parking lot. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. Room was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. Thanks!

The sheet and pillows had blood spots I paid for breakfast and they still charged me. Sent a complaint and got someone to call ne she was rude and said since I wasn’t a Hilton rewards member and I used hotels.com. There was nothing she could do about it. I took pictures and sent them to them. Also we checked in at 10 o’clock. The restaurant was closed already. There was no place to get food. And the woman who checked us in was extremely rude and every time I ask a question she was put out. The bathroom ceiling wasn’t finished.
