Very disappointed in this property. I was moved 3x's because of how dirty and foul smelling (due to water damage) was. I'm an Honors member and this was by far the worst stay. I was only offered to validate my parking for 2 days. This definitely does not make up for the dust mold and dirt everywhere. I had no choice but to stay because other surrounding hotels were booked. My first trip to Houston and this is what I experienced with double tree.

The squeaky elevator was horrible and it stops on every floor despite someone being on the floor. When it opens it is to the back with no rooms. It had a small odor and the parking was horrible if you got back late and it was full. You still had to pay 67 dollars although you parked elsewhere off the premise. My partner had a last minute cancellation and they wouldn’t refund the meal for breakfast…
