Reception staff rude and clearly never heard if the saying that the customer is always right. Total mess up of our bookings, 1st night checked into great room and we specifically asked that we could stay in same room for rest of our stay which was confirmed. 2mnth busuness trip with a lot of luggage - all unpacked to be told next day we had to change rooms. We understoood that a mistake had been made with rooms but not once did Reception manager Ushi apologise, just a stream of excuses and she continued to be off hand with us for rest of stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean the rooms and housekeeping staff was great only downside was the restaurant wasn’t open most of the time we stayed. Definitely worth the visit

Great Place!
We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. The facility, including out room, was very clean. The grab and go breakfast option for both days was surprisingly really good! The parking situation was so easy to navigate and a decent rate. This is a great place to stay if you want to be downtown but not in the super busy area. Highly recommend!
