Parking is a scam, your paying a premium to stay with Hyatt, only to find out after you arrive, their parking is 15$ per night. Toilet paper holder in room was falling off the wall. Homeless folk come up to you the second you walk out the door and ask you to vouch for them to come inside for food. Room cleanliness was 'Ok'. Staff was polite.

I booked a girls trip to go to the Nutcracker Market and this was the perfect location. Close to NRG and Rice Village. Rooms were very nice and clean and the bar and restaurant were great for a nightcap and wjnd down. The hotel has a nice roof top access with a pool area and nice areas with tables to sit and chat outdoors. Friendly staff too! Overall great stay!

We had a roomnwith 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was well laid out. The aofa bed was a good size. We had one issue. When we pulled the bedding back on one of the beds, it was clear the sheets had not been changed. They were wrinkled and had someone's contacts (eye). Most likely, the prior guests pulled the bedding up in a way that appeared as if the bed was not used. I contacted the front desk, and within 5 minutes, housekepping showed up with fresh sheets, changed them, and apologized. It was handled promptly and in a friendly manner. To me, thats a plus.

The rooms were fine. However the breakfast was not very good, especially the yogurt which was sweet vanilla yogurt. Most people prefer unflavored greek yogurt or fruit yogurt. The tortillas were also cold. Also the hotel is in a decrepit industrial park, not in the heart of the medical center or the museum district. The area look unsafe at night.
