Their pictures are deceiving. Stains on carpet, mold in bathroom, worn out furnishings, and hallway all patched up.

The hotel staff are most helpful and courteous. The hotel itself seems to be undergoing renovations. The room we stayed in had everything we needed.

Seemed like the property was having renovations. The pool was unavailable. The breakfast was sub par. The fitness room was small with only 6 dumbbells, a bench, and 3 cardio machines. The rooms were comfortable.

Great room with a kitchenette. The included breakfast was hearty. My only complaint was some noisy machinery running constantly outside, and the AC unit was loud, but they didn't keep me from sleeping.

The halls and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke to the point that it interfered with sleep and the showers were still dirty. The pictures do not match the experience.

When I first arrived I noticed I booked the wrong hotel because it didn’t look anything like the pictures. I decided to still check in and see what the room was about. I walked in the room and immediately went back downstairs to see if he can place me in the right hotel( royal sonesta) and he told me I couldn’t get a refund for that night because I walked into the room already so it’s now considered used. What a crock of sh!t. The room smelled old and mildew, the sheets were literally damp from moisture in the room or something. My stay was horrible. And then to top it all off, when I checked out the next day, that horrible stay cost me $160. That is literally a $50 hotel.

Rooms were okay except for touch ups that needed to be done. Both washing machines broken. People constantly walking through hotel that were coming off street. I was using this stay to see where our crew of 12 people would stay for next 2 months and will not be staying here.

I have stayed at Sonesta for years without incident. I stay here for games They gave me a room with fleas which is a non-negotiable for me. The front desk staff got me another room but that was after I complained. There is white paint on all the walls and it looks dingy now. I stayed here for New years and it did not look like this. Will not be staying again

Good location. Fair value. Bedding was good. Staff good. Parking lot available but had major potholes. Breakfast good. Bathroom was tiny. Hotel is in poor condition. Did not seem very clean. Very poor condition. Single elevator, very slow and outdated.

Average rooms nothing fancy. Property needs to be renovated seems old and has weird smell in the rooms. Hot water in bathrooms takes forever to come and water is not hot it’s warm. Had to buy our own toilet paper and soap because hotel ones were so cheap. For similar price there are much better options

The two bedroom suite has plenty of room. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. The vents needs to be cleaned, the curtains had dust bunnies built up on them, and there were cracks in the walls in the bathroom by the tub. The hotel appears to going through repairs or a remodel since there were wet paint signs throughout.
