Lovely new hotel and room was exceptional. Very close to the freeway. So if you’re a light sleeper, make sure your room is not near that. Free coffee and water is available. Parking garage is a tight turn from the road and safety gates are available. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We did not have enough clean wash clothes. No coffee except the first day. We ran out of toilet paper. There was no housekeeping service at all. The hotel looks great, rooms well designed except “art”. Front desk marginal. Very weird “bacon” at breakfast and no Stevia. Food good but not warm enough.

Great property close to eveything, nice clean and new rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is on the poor side , same stuff everyday and no options. Good Happy Hour and Bar Food.

Friendly Staff Very Clean

This was a great location. The staff was responsive and friendly. We were able to get a hot meal and take it to our room both nights. Note: there is no free parking. However, having the parking garage in Houston will be great for summer travelers.

The heated pool was very cold. The front desk said upon check in, if it was too cold they would turn up the heater. When we asked about that, a gentleman told us. It was impossible to get it warmer. The rest of the stay was awesome. This isn’t a complaint , just information.
