The hotel is stunning! It is walking distance to many of the downtown events. The staff were very attentive and engaging. There was an issue with the chain in the toilet tank and I reported it, within 10 minutes someone came to fix it. The bar was lovely, we ended each evening there with a nightcap. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was elegant and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant served an exquisite dinner that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the area, making it easy to enjoy nearby attractions. Great hotel - the location (close to theaters, restaurants), the staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel is beautiful and the amenities offered go above and beyond most hotels. Definitely making this a regular stay when we are downtown.

I would have gladly given all excellent and 5 stars but the air conditioning is super load and comes on for a few minutes it seemed like off and on all night long. The fan makes a lot of noise. Thankfully the room stayed cool but it was very loud and hard to sleep

It was a really amazing stay! The room was clean and relaxing. The music coming from the Houston Symphony building just outside our room was very soothing! Complimentary breakfast bar was amazing! Can’t wait to stay here again!

A must!
The Lancaster has become our go to hotel for my partner and I when attending an event in the theater district. Its absolutely gorgeous with its rich history and the attentiveness of the staff is a HUGE cherry on top. The staff is incredibly courteous and always available to assist. The fact that all the theaters are within walking distance is a plus.
