El fin fue increíble muchas cosas que hacer cerca como los prismas basálticos. La hacienda muy bonita y con una historia muy interesante, nos tocaron cuartos recién remodelados asi que muy bien. La comida deliciosa y la atención del staff excepcional. Recomiendo ampliamente

The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

Hermosa ex hacienda con grandes jardines y muchas actividades por hacer (arquería, alfarería, teatro, danza, etc) las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con leña y chimenea. Además está muy cerca de pueblos mágicos y los prismas basálticos. Lo único mejorable son las condiciones de los baños de la habitación y que al ser un sitio rural a veces hay mosquitos e insectos que se pueden colar a la habitación. Muy recomendable la estancia y tenemos muchas ganas de volver.

Magnifico hotel, la propiedad es enorme y tiene grandes jardines para pasear. Tiene como parte de su atractivo actividades para realizar en el hotel con horarios establecidos. Las habitaciones son comodas.

Llegamos un par de horas antes del check in y la propiedad estaba cerrada desde la calle; hablé a la recepción y me dijeron que no nos iban a dejar pasar hasta la hora correspondiente, que nos fueramos a dar una vuelta a ver a dónde y que no nos abrirían antes. Nunca antes habíamos tenido una atención así; no pretendíamos pasar a la habitación pero si dejar el auto, comer, caminar y lo hicimos pero fuera de la propiedad.

Las habitaciones están muy sencillas, tuve que marcar para que habilitaran el agua del baño, no había agua caliente, cero comodidades. No pudimos utilizar la alberca, porque NO HAY CALDERA, está sucia y peligrosa porque todos los filtros estaban abiertos. No hay servicios en la alberca. Creo que para ser un lugar bonito, podrían hacer mucho más por el lugar, poner más cosas para niños y así atraer más turismo. No me hubiera molestado pagar un poco más por tener más amenidades, dado que se supone que la Hacienda es de lo más representativo del lugar. Los chicos de servicio SÚPER BIEN, el tema es con las instalaciones, no con el personal. La comida MUY BUENA. Ojalá el dueño o los dueños comprendan esto, de lo contrario va a decaer más el lugar.

Hola Pague por un cuarto con 2 camas Queen que así lo pusieron en la descripción de su app (hoteles.com) y la habitación tenía 2 camas matrimoniales al igual que una habitación normal, solo era más grande, me parece que ustedes como hoteles.com debería de cubrir lo que ofrecen, el hotel está hermoso y el servicio es excelente mi molestia es con el portal de ustedes porque cobran algo que no dieron Somos 2 adultos y dos menores y fue incómodo dormir 2 en una cama matrimonial cuando se me cobró por una cama queen
