Convenient location, reasonable rate
Check in with super easy, parking was really convenient. The location is awesome because it’s walkable to so many things. The room seems pretty rundown, and the pillows are all cheap cotton. It would have been nice to have a variety. The AC worked well.
Not really sure what this weird wall is, but the paint is scraped off and it just seems like a mistake.

Great location. Walked to Bella Terra mall across the street every day. 15 mins from the beach. Very clean room. Great polite staff! No refrigerator in the room this time. But I have stayed there when I did have one. Visited my daughter who lives in Costa Mesa she picked me up everyday with no issue on parking etc. great price for a beautiful hotel. Will deff stay here again

There is little to poor maintenance to the rooms. Toilets and showers don’t drain properly. Otherwise the location and staff are excellent. Also parking and location are excellent.

Nice staff, convenient, easy check in/out. I would stay again. The gym was lacking some weights but there are plenty of gym options nearby. Great location for walkable nightlife and shopping, restaurants. Easy drive to the beach as well.

The staff was great! Location was perfect for attending Oktoberfest at Old World. Carpets in hallways were dirty and rippled. Carpet in room was dirty as well. Parking lot is not great for a full size truck, mostly compact spaces.

The hotel is across of Bella Tera and a Costco so that was great in term of food options. There are homeless walking around the hotel parking lot which I didn’t feel safe at night. Overall, it was okay. The room looks nice but smells stuffy.

Liked: Reasonably priced as we didn't spend much time in the room. The front desk person who we checked in, I think her name was Iris on 10/23 around 10:00pm was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily. Requested extra pillows when we checked in as knew the bed only has 2 small ones. Housekeeping accommodated our request even though it was after hours. Dislike: Wish the doors had some sort of soft close feature as we always heard people coming/going b/c they didn't bother to hold door and it was extremely loud slamming in the very early morning and late at night. Heard deep vibrations of music, not sure it was from lounge downstairs but it was only noticeable on Friday nite.

Everything is clean. It would be perfect if there were mini fridge and microwave. I would recommend this hotel for a short trip to Orange County.
