You might want to take this property off your site since they make discriminatory assumptions. Below is the message that I sent to them. I booked a room for my sister and your staff had her in tears twice this morning. She went down to breakfast with key card on hand and was confronted by the desk person inquiring if she was staying there and telling her she needed to check put immediately. The room is paid for until check out time! Then when she tried to share her concerns of his hostile behavior toward her, the lady made excuses to for his behavior and implied that my sister was a homeless person with a fake key card. This is not acceptable and I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the HSV area to never book family members there. They also told her last night that her incidental charge would be put back on her account within 48 hours and this morning the rude staff told her it could be a week. Why are you processing payments for incidentals rather than just processing them as "pending" like every other hotel that I've ever stayed in around the country. Do better, but also be watching for the bad review that I will be placing on every site and with every tourism agency that I can access.

My stay was totally fine till I was waiting on some friends after I checked out and watched the front desk keep working people over for their incidental deposit. The one specifically was painful, the front desk guy had a picture inside their room of sheets on the floor and was trying to say they had 4 people staying there with no real idea of what was happening. Everyone uses the “do not disturb” signs so I’m not even sure it was legal they were in their room, especially to take a picture of their stuff, but then to charge them $150 extra for making unwarranted assumptions I thought was a gross power trip from someone that would gain nothing from it other than “I’m right, you’re wrong” feelings, without any attempt to actual understand the situation. Who knows, maybe a couple got in an argument and someone slept on the floor. The couple was saying they just had friends stop by that were staying down the hall and they were just chillin for a while. Who knows and doesn’t matter, just sucked to be the last energy I saw in the place for what was an otherwise good trip. They were not the only couple I saw the guy get for their deposit as I sat there for only 10 minutes either. Just watch yourselves out there rangers.

NO PETS, NO REFUNDS
This place hid their pet policy behind a drop down menu that made it so you couldn't search for it by using ctrl+f. Only after booking did I discover that they, unlike many of the other Comfort Inn properties, don't allow pets. When I attempted to cancel my reservation and get a refund they basically told me "Nothing we can do, no refund." I had to eat the loss and didnt have a room for the night.

Cleaning crew needs to clean the rooms better.
I reserve a room with 2 queen beds because I came to bring my son to college and my other 2 children were with me. Upon check in I was charged an extra 60.00 because I had my 2 other children, but it was 2 queen beds (2 to a bed) lithos has never happened to me before when reserving 2 beds. I should not have been charged anything extra. Also the room was not cleaned properly. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself to my liking and it looked as if someone was previously in there before we got to the room. The tub had a ring around it and the song had hair on it. Being tired from travel, I just cleaned properly and got through the 2 night stay. I should be refunded the $60 at least since I had to clean properly.
