Great location right off the highway and easy access to Logan's Roadhouse restaurant right across the street for some tasty food after a long day on the road. Lots of Tesla Superchargers too!

Staff that checked us in was rude. The rooms and bathrooms need updating. We were put in a room right next to the elevator and the hotel was not even 1/3 full. Have stayed here many times in the last 5 years but we will not stay here again.

The desk clerk that checked me in was very nice. I didn't like the $250 deposit that was charged at check in. The hotel was okay....I have stayed in better hotels with only a required $50 deposit. I could hear the people in the room above me and cars/trucks starting up the following morning.

Exceptional hotel and staff.
All staff were so king and smiling, Ashley has a great approach and is professional, the new lady staff hired recently also was doing great and apologized for her slow but to my opinion very steady. I have been for Hotels industry long time ago and was able to recognize the good worker from indifferent ones. I was very respected and the night shift staff ( sorry I forgot her beautiful name, African American ) was very helpful. Having a great smile at 2 AM answering guest’s questions is not everybody’s business. I will definitely will come back here again. The HK staff is a wonderful dedicated worker. Kudos to her and to the rest of staff.
