Just comparing to other properties, there wasn’t as warm a welcome. Additionally no digital key option nor digital checkout. When I went to checkout nobody was at the front desk - only a sign indicating that they would be back. Not a huge inconvenience but frustrating when I get an email of my revertir and cannot check out from the app.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are a little small but clean and functional. The lobby area has plenty of open space to sit around and not be in other people’s space.

No hot water in shower.
The lady at the desk told us the hot and cold is reversed in the shower, and we were cool with that. Next morning we decided to take a shower and noticed, no matter which side you turn it on, the hot water never comes out. Terrible experience because we desperately needed a bath.
