We asked for extra pillows and blankets. We were told to come back to the desk in a little bit and pick them up. They were in garbage bags and handed to us, we had to put our own pillowcases on them. They were just folded in the bags. The door keys were replaced 3 times because they didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work so we asked about it and was told. Its fine even though it was just blowing room temperature. They didn’t have anyone look at it but told us we could use a fan. The cable was out until we went to bed around 9ish and then the next morning when I mentioned it i was told that it came on later that night if i had been up later I would have been able to watch it. Was a very uncomfortable/unpleasant situation.
