The key that she gave me didn’t work I had to walk from upstairs 3 times she finally put me and another room that key work! The staff is very unprofessional and do not try to work with customers!!!

Nice Place to Stay on a Long Road Trip
Very conveniently located for me and my fiance on our way home to Ohio from Louisiana, right off the interstate. Friendly front desk staff and right next to loads of places to eat or shop. Very clean room and high-quality fixtures for both lighting and plumbing. My only complaint is that the air conditioner kept turning itself off in the middle of the night, but that could have been because we set it to 61 degrees fahrenheit because we both like our sleeping area cold, and the outside temperature didn't dip below 70 all night.

The property was really nice and staff friendly, only problems were there was a cigarette burn in the shower curtain and the door knob to enter the room was difficult to open. Other than that the room was very clean and was odor free. Breakfast was also good.

Stayed in a room for 2 nights found a cockroach in closet. My room was moved to another then found a cockroach in the bed that night. Called the front desk and told them I was leaving. I paid for 7 night and stayed for 3 nights. Wanting a refund for the 4 night I did not stay. Still waiting to hear from the hotel.

The room clean and comfortable. For the price it's very nice. Breakfast is a traditional waffles and biscuits and gravy but lots of coffee. Since some of the people who sre here live here so its a little noisy.

People are noisy in the mornings. House keeping is loud in the mornings. Check out is at 11am. House keeping knocking on the door at 9am, 10am is rude !! Other than that pretty good
