While I liked the 2 bedroom suite for 5 , I was disappointed that I pause $600 a night to look at the top of the lobby roof. My friend who booked a studio for 3 was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite at a lower price and had a view of Lake Muskoka. I was very disappointed as I was told there were no rooms available

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in selecting the room with the best view upon check in. The hotel has a great lakeside location with a walkable boardwalk linking restaurants, shopping and steamships. Also adjacent to 2 forested walking trails The amenities are wonderful and include a fire table and BBQ's.

Did not like the fact i used Expedia to reserve, they instructed the hotel to provide a non view room, small room and viewless. Spoke with hotel and they were amazing to up grade and move us from this small, non view room to a very spacious room with a breath taking view, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, caring, understanding staff. Shame on Expedia for dectating non view room.

Location was beautiful. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony was a nice touch. Hallways are a little dim, some of the amenities like towels and soaps could have been of nicer quality.

Front desk staff very helpful and great breakfast Surprised that they do not service rooms everyday only ever second which for the price they charge is not really acceptable and certainly not made clear when you book property. Rooms have excellent facilities but no bar or dining room at property. Nice location, pool adequate but spa tub not available at moment.
