Nothing was clean, except the sheets. The bathtub was dirty, there was spider webs in the corner, There was dried food on the walls, Coffee pot was filthy, and I killed a cockroach crawling out from under the bed and across the floor. Even outside of the rooms, the stairway was dirty. Nobody vacuumed. The breakfast only had the waffles, oatmeal, bagels and apples. Not much protein anywhere. The check-in guy was very nice But when we got there, and I changed the reservation from three nights two nights he said he had change the price of the room then. It was only five dollars but still, we canceled in plenty of time for him to rent the room. We felt it was petty. After getting into room and seeing how dirty I was, we thought that was really petty. Won’t stay there again.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was clean but had some old water damage on the ceiling that needed tending to. Wasn’t super bad or a deal to me but could be to others. Pool is outdoors so obviously seasonal, so keep that in mind.

Stayed here for almost a week in August 2024. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Lobby was always clean/well-maintained and it had an ice machine and water was always available. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because our daily maid service only brought in towels and straightened up the bathroom - they never made our beds with the exception of the first day. After that our room was pretty much a mess thanks to us. LOL : ) Our bathroom also had some damage to the walls and the flooring in the main room had some big gaps here and there. But for the value, this was a great place to stay!

Nice people, clean pool, clean room, close to shopping and dining. Breakfast was ok (seems nobody has eggs or biscuits n gravy anymore.) Cleanliness of halls and stairways could use some attention and only $10 per pet when most places are $20-$25

Easy to get to, wanted ground floor room , got 2nd floor with ramp access not easy for my 92 yr. Old father and me , had a great trip to ks. Cosmosphere space museum. Room had a musty damp smell upon e.ntry and one of the bedspreads had a stain on it .attendant at desk wasn't always there and pager at desk to summon him was missing

Power outlet by the bed did not work, had to run power cords from other side of the room Vending machines accepted cash or coins only. Its not 1995 anymore. AC unit was obnoxious and had to be turned off so I could sleep.

Recieved key, went to room, door was open. Went backbto desk, requested they look as it was midnight. Staff was polite and apologized. In turn, door key was out of srv pool side and working back side. No live bugs in the room but old drink bottles and bettles under the bed. Bathroom was clean. Over all its what you qould expect foe the price. Breakfast was good and lota of 'average/normal' travelers as neighboring guests

Very pleased
Very pleased. We had a problem getting checked in because of a glitch from Hotels.com, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault and the checkin person was very kind, helpful and patience. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoy our 2 day stay.

Good thing we stayed one night.
The room had a musky smell, a/c unit was extremely loud, doors wouldn’t fully open, bed had dirty sheets on it with stains. Good thing we were only staying one night.
