Jacuzzi was low in water and dirty, no HBO or pay per view. Coffee tasted burnt. Biscuits were hard, cheese omelets just were eggs folded over American cheese. Why can’t they allow a smart TV connection and we play Netflix, YouTube or Amazon?

Their housekeeping is a joke. Four night stay, one night there did not clean the bathroom. Another they did not service the coffee bar. One day they didn’t even make the bed. They had a known issue with a leak in the dining room. They didn’t mop it or rope it off and my daughter slipped and fell. Luck she wasn’t hurt. The last night the fire alarm in my room started going off at 2:30 in the morning. Place is a joke.

The locks were not working well the rooms smell musty and the bathroom was not so clean, towels were less I was not please at all. Breakfast was what you paid for. My husband is a gold member and it did not make a difference. Very disappointed

Everything was fine. Room was sufficient. Nice to have a charging station on premise. Small fitness center worked out fine. Nice to be away from Austin traffic.
