This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel..the room itself was clean and nice. However the rest of the hotel was less then satisfactory. The breakfast was bad. Burnt eggs and sausage. And the pool was absolutely disgusting!! The water in the hot tub was almost black. Also they turned out keys off at 9 am when checkout isn't until 11. They almost seemed to push us out the door.

The property itself is a beautifully renovated hotel with well maintained grounds. The rooms are renovated but dirty… the sheets were wrinkled and full of unknown stains. Even the pillow cases were stained. I couldn’t tell if the stains were after or before they were washed so we put our own blankets and pillows over the beds. We got in late and were too tired to move rooms or find a different hotel. There was hair and urine spray around the toilets, and general filth around the edges of the room. I mentioned the issues at checkout and the gentleman said oh sorry to hear that. Had he made it right this review may not have been written…

Probably last time at a Clarion. Advertised hot tub but it wasn't working, mens washroom in pool area was filthy, and no paper towels. Sink stopper in our room was missing. Only bright spot was the breakfast offering was decent, except that there was no butter for the toast. Wouldn't stay here again. Appeared poorly managed.
