The inside of the property was clean and the staff was great. The outside could use a little cleaning up. Every time we got in the elevator I felt like it was going to break by the sounds it was making.

A very decent place for the ranking and price. We especially liked the breakfast selection which included a mixed hot egg/vegetables/sausage combination which had been freshly prepared with REAL EGGS. Very pleasant and helpful staff, a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay.

Dirty room, a floss stick on bathroom floor when I got there and the second day after the came in and “cleaned”. The toilet seat was disgusting. I also put a sign on my door to not have them come in and “clean” because I had stuff out I didn’t want disturbed, they ignored this and came in while I was gone. Besides being dirty there was a gap big enough for bugs, sound and cold air to come through between window and wall. It was behind curtain, but I pulled curtain back to find it along with spider webs and dirt in the room coming from gap. This needs to be repaired immediately. Worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

Nice weekend getaway!
This was a great place for the weekend. The balconies facing the river were very nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Being that it is an older building, there is noise from underneath the doors, and from the rooms at times, but not horrible. The breakfast was well stocked and surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast.

Sink didn't drain--had to pull out the plug which was full of hair and gunk. Elevator--very close to our room--chirped and sounded like a bird stuck somewhere. Took a bit to realize it was the elevator going up/down.

Stayed in room 685. Great view of the falls. Large, quiet room. Neat, clean and modern appearance. Breakfast is typical mid level hotel food with scrambled eggs, waffle machines, coffee, juice and cold ceral. Biscuits were better than average. Gravy average. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff was great and extremely helpful and kind. The room wasn't very clean and the sliding door was really difficult to move. The walls are thin and could hear neighbors.

The property was okay. But there wasn’t anywhere to hang multiple towels. The bathroom was not very clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. I would stay there again. The river walk was beautiful.
